How to Make a Complaint

Homeowner checking a garage door in Aberdeen before asking for an estimate

Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who contacts Incommincenties Garage Doors should be treated fairly and honestly. If that did not happen for you, please tell us. This page explains how to send a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You are welcome to write to us about:

  • How Incommincenties Garage Doors handled your call or message
  • The way your personal information was treated
  • Anything on the site that looks unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we connected you with behaved

If a Provider Let You Down

Providers in the network are independent businesses. Each one sets its own quotes and prices, does its own work and handles its own customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your garage door, a good first step is to contact the provider directly and keep your notes in writing.

Please tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep the network honest, and a provider that repeatedly falls short may be removed. Keep in mind that Incommincenties Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions on a provider's behalf.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@incommincenties.buzz and include:

  • Your name and contact details
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number or form you used, if you know it
  • The provider's name, if you have it
  • What happened, and what result you hope for

What Happens Next

We will confirm we received your email, usually within a few business days. After that, we will look into the matter. That can include reaching out to the provider. We will then reply with what we found and any action we are taking.

If You're Still Unhappy

If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask for another review. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to the Better Business Bureau. If the provider holds a license, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
